We design, bake, and embellish cut-out cookies of all shapes and sizes! We can even bake cookies in the shape of your logo!
Our Specialties include:

Our cookies are kosher (hechsher not available) and baked using fresh, quality ingredients. Each cookie is individually decorated and hand embellished. We generally bake using a dairy, butter cookie recipe. Parve, gluten free, chocolate and other flavored cookies are available upon request. Flavored icing is also available upon request.
Art on a Cookie/Ellen’s Cookie Creations LLC is licensed and insured. We are based in southern New Jersey.
We are ServSafe certified, and approved by the New Jersey Department of Health, Cottage Food Operator’s Permit No. CFO#330
Allergy information: While our cookies are nut-free, they are NOT made in a nut-free environment. Cookies contain flour, sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla. Icing contains sugar, meringue powder, cream of tarter, water and food coloring.

Founder and CEO
Ellen Holzman Marks
Ellen received her BA from the State University of New York and her MA from the College New Rochelle. Ellen has significant experience in teaching, business, and philanthropy. She was nominated for the Grinspoon/Steinhardt award for excellence in teaching, acted as the Director of Special Needs Education for the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey, and owned and operated a consulting business in the New York Metropolitan area. In addition, Ellen spent six years as the head of a start up pharmaceutical company in South Jersey focusing her attention on the fight against cancer and inflammatory diseases. Currently, Ellen spends much of her time creating and designing cookies which she finds both relaxing and de-stressing.
